Is the 48-hour delivery guaranteed for every dataset?

No. The commitment applies only after the request is accepted as a fixed-scope sprint and all required data, context, and payment have been received.

Can a combined MSA, SPC, and capability review fit the sprint scope?

Yes, when the dataset and question are tightly bounded. Complex multi-line, multi-product, or multi-characteristic studies may require a revised scope and quotation.

Does the report approve the process or measurement system?

No. The report provides an independent technical analysis and interpretation. Final approval and engineering judgement remain with the client organization.

How will confidential production data be handled?

The initial form collects only a non-confidential study summary. A separate handover process and any required confidentiality terms are agreed before the dataset is transferred.
